Surprise! You remember our annual Webcomic Holiday Postcard Fundraiser? Well here's our card for Halolz this year!

However I can't take TOO much credit on this one... the concept and art were both done by other people! I did help put it together and spruce it up though. :D

The concept for the card came from Halolz reader :iconlastorka: who created this submission. I remember opening it up in my email while on the road at AnimeUSA, and after reading it I was like "this would make a great card!" And I'm glad he sent it, because honestly I was just planning to skip doing a card for the fundraiser this year!

Now originally I figured I would draw something up for the card, but the holiday season has been crushing me work-wise.

Fortunately my pal :iconavenar: (who you may remember as the artist of our awesome Falcon Lunch shirt!) was interested in doing the art to help support the fundraiser!

So after getting the card in I did a bit of touch up work (added the Dustbowl background overlay, reformatted the text, etc) and BAM! Amazing Halolz holiday postcard!

And for those of you who don't already know, you can pick up a set of these cards (along with many others) by donating money to the Webcomic Holiday Postcard Fundraiser, which is going on right now! Check it out!
